Chef Laura is incredible!! Not only was the food worthy of a Michelin Star restaurant but the service was unmatched. Laura catered a private wedding celebration I recently attended, with flawless execution. The menu was thoughtful, and the presentation was elegant. Would highly recommend!

Chef Laura is one of a kind. She has an uncanny ability to make a varied menu with recipes from across the world taste like they were supposed to be made by a local. She's made us pozole that's just right with the perfect amount of oregano and lime. And Mussakhan, with the perfect spice balance that transports you all the way there. Curries, soups, stir fries and other world cuisine favorites are part of her repertoire as she transports the palate around the world every week.
Easily one of the best meals of my life!!! I had the privilege of enjoying a dinner from Chef Laura as a part of a private catering meal for a wedding celebration. Chef Laura did an absolutely incredible job, from menu selection to food presentation to her kindness and professionalism. I cannot recommend Peak Performance Kitchen enough!
